For those unfamiliar with the phenomenon that is Medium, it is a place where writers share their creative work, writing experiences, and opinions with the world. Every day thousands of stories and articles are posted. For $5 a month membership you can read as much as you want. A free account will give you access to four stories a month.
Unlike other blog sites, Medium pays writers according to how many claps they receive on a story and readers can award a writer up to 50 claps per story.
For me, Medium provides a platform to explore topics that are separate from the books. All my post are personal in nature. Many are self-deprecating as well.
